If client books both rooms for one event, the small room rental will be charged at a reduced price.
There is an extra charge for any event that falls on a holiday.
Security is required when alcohol is being served; one officer for every 100 guest, the charge for security is $30.00 per hour with a three (3) hour minimum.
Payment Information: A deposit of one third (1/3) of the rental fee, the cleaning fee, and a signed contract are required to reserve your date, 30 days prior to your event another payment of one third (1/3) is required with the balance due 14 days prior to your event.

We offer a stage presentations or ceremonies.
A fully equipped kitchen with walk in cooler, reach in refrigerator, warming cabinets, convections ovens, ice machine, dishwasher, steam tables, prep tables, slicer, microwave, coffee machine, ice machine and Ice Tea Machine.
A furnished Bride’s room with 4 makeup and hair stations, full length mirrored wall, flat screen TV, space to hang the dress, private access to the restroom and seating area.
A furnished Groom’s room with flat screen TV, a game table, full length mirrors, garment racks, seating area and separate restroom access.
60- 60” round tables, 6 buffet tables and Mahogany Chiavari chairs with ivory cushions.
Two portable bars for beverage service.
A wood dance floor with the size dependent on your own personal layout.
Open floor plan so that you can customize the layout for your event to you specific needs and desires, simply give us the floor plans and we will have stage and or tables set to make your event unique to you.
Access to the outside patio area with seating and tables.
The client will provide their own caterer who will be responsible for linens, china, silverware and any other dining needs. The caterer must provide the WEC with copies of Oklahoma State Department of Health Certificate, a certificate of insurance for General Liability. The caterer is responsible for cleaning tables, cleaning kitchen, other spaces utilized for the event, and remove all trash incurred by activities of the event. The kitchen is to be returned in its pre-event condition. WEC reserves the right to deny access to the facility by any caterer that violates the catering policies.
No smoking is allowed in any part of the facility, smoking is allowed in the patio area. All clients are responsible for complying with the Oklahoma State liquor laws. Checks for the facility are to made payable to Westminster Events Center. Westminster Event Center is not liable or responsible for any items lost or damaged during the event.

We look forward to booking your event and working with you. We know that you want your event to be as unique and individual as you are and will work with any outside vendors that you choose to insure just that it truly is a day to remember. Please call to schedule a tour of our facilities and to get your date booked.
Activities will be confined to the event center. Food and drinks are restricted to the event center. No staples or tacks are to be put into the walls or any WEC fixtures. If live plants are brought in they must be treated before they are brought into the facility. All decorations and items not owned by WEC must be removed within 24 hrs of the event. Your rental begins at 9:00 am and ends at 12:00am. Everyone must be cleared out of the event center by 12:00 AM.
